Nice, very clean, roomy local friendly place. You have to give your order to the bartender, so service is a bit slower. But the food was good. Not huge portions, but large enough to be filling. I had the special of the night, fish fry during lent and my husband had a hamburger. Menu is on the smaller side, but there is enough choices to satisfy anyone. The Village Tavern is our go-to spot for fantastic food and convenient takeout service. We've actually never dined in, but when it comes to pizza, wings, and fries, this place is a winner. We're all about supporting local, and they make it easy with their delicious offerings. If you're in the neighborhood, give them a try. You won't be disappointed!
