She forgot a couple items but was well spoken and sincere. We and others could easily see how much she was challenged. A big crowd came in right away. For our mains, my partner ordered the brisket, which was incredibly tender and full of flavor, while I went with the cheesesteak—hearty, satisfying, and honestly one of the best I’ve had.
