“I want to start by saying that we love Arby’s food. I went through the Waynesburg drive thru this evening, placed my order and went to the window to pay. The young man handed me two bottles of water and because I had another drink coming I asked for a bag for the water so when I got home it would be easier to carry. He seemed to have an attitude about it or thought it was funny. He gave me a paper bag and the other drink. I waited for my food and when handed to me 3 sandwich’s, 2 large potato cakes and a small fry were shoved into one flimsy bag. I set the bag on my seat, which tore a bit when I did so, pulled out and the food fell over and most of the sides ended up in the floor of my truck! Is there a shortage on bags? Is it too much to ask to divide the food amongst two bags? I don’t want free food or gift certificates or coupons, I just want my multiple food order NOT shoved into one flimsy bag!“

“It’s not your normal Chick-fil-A because it’s run by the university’s catering people, so they can’t accept gift cards and may not have every item at a typical CFA, but the food is still great and tastes like CFA would anywhere else.“

“Staff was helpful and efficient. They were cleaning up between filling orders. Seemed to work hard. Just thought I'd mention it because so often we see people standing around doing nothing.“

“The staff a Taco Bell won't even take your orders avymore. They tell you to use a kiosk to do it. These are not very user-friendly. Why have a menu above the registers if you can't order from it using a real staff person? Also, the kiosk doesn't take cash. Many folks don't use cards to pay for fast food!!!“

“To the employee off duty at Wendy’s in Waynesburg who replaced my fries and chili, cause I thought I could beat the monsoon today. He saw me run from the store to my car and lose half my order. Told me to get in my car and brought what I lost out to me!! Thank you! Great customer service off duty. I appreciate you!“
