Nice place. Neat and tidy and well lit. Good donuts. Nice staff!!
Visiting area. Did curbside order for 1 coffee. Long wait. No coffee. Husband went in. They pulled him to pick up area to check order... nothing, no clue. He asked if he could order in person, they said yes and walked him to front register. By now there were 3 people in line. There were 2 registers, you would have thought since there was an order issue he would have been taken care of, not expected to wait. He walked out. Poor customer service.
There's a sweetheart of a little girl, her name in Lauren that works here. She has a heart of gold. I went in and bought a half dozen donuts because I wanted to use my credit card an get cash back. I needed a dollar. I told her what was happening. Well the credit card machine didn't give me the option. Lauren gave me a dollar out of her tips. I owe this little girl. She has a heart...I will never forget her kindness.

Wellsboro Dunkin is known for its friendly staff, especially the OG's on first shift and the younger guys on second shift who go out of their way to make custom orders perfectly. The place gives off good vibes, and both shifts are incredible. The breakfast empanada might need more filling, but the crust is delicious. The counter person may lack friendliness, but the Sweet Cream Cold Brew is awesome. Customers should be cautious in the parking lot.
