This McDonald's is extremely clean, very attractive inside and the workers are very friendly and helpful
Employees cannot make change and management did not make it right. My dad used a $20 bill to pay for a $9 order. Girl at the window gave a $1 back and quickly left the window didn’t return. My dad had to try to get the attention of other employees to tell them what had happened and nothing was done to fix the situation. Phone calls were made and still nothing was made right. I feel a retired banker should be considered more trustworthy than a McDonald’s employee.
I've gotten the wrong sandwich the last two times I've gone through drive thru and today I ordered chicken nuggets and a shake. they gave me the nuggets and had me pull forward to wait on the milkshake. I sat there for 11 minutes while the nuggets got cold before I went inside. I was on my lunch break grabbing lunch for my Mom and used up 11 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break waiting on a milkshake, seriously not even food just a milkshake
