We love Ray of Sunshine! Great homestyle cooking and amazing service! We love breakfast especially! Amy is great at making everyone feel welcome.
I just had the BEST experience at Ray of Sunshine Diner. First impression, the parking lot was easy to navigate. When walking across the parking lot I was greeted by a regular and when I said it was my first time there he said “you’re gonna love it”. And, I did, service and food were great. A customer noticed my racing hat and stopped to talk. It really was a perfect PA diner experience.
The food was good and priced reasonably. They really weren't busy (3-4 customers at the counter) but took about 10 minutes to get a menu, another 20 to have a waitress come take my order than sat and waited another 20 minutes or so after I was finished eating to get my bill to pay. The entire time they were too busy with their chat group at the counter.
