“I just encountered the rudest woman (employee) working here. She treated me like a criminal from the moment I walked up to return an incorrect sandwich. No customer service skills. She reminded me of the soup N*** from Seinfeld only 50 times worse. I will never go back. Ever. She was that rude.“

“Danielle was our courteous server and made sure our visit went well. The facility is clean and has both indoor and outdoor seating. We had the Italian sausage and flounder entrees and both were plentiful portions and came with hefty sides. The sausage was spicy and the Caesar salad was a meal of its own. Only one bathroom exists for both genders so you may have a wait. Figure $30 per person.“

“I’m originally from Reading Pa area. I now live in Vegas and my husband and I drive cross country in our rv. We were at a campground and saw Procopios. We ordered a a large pizza with pepperoni, onions and sweet peppers. It was the best pizza we have ever had. The employees were very friendly too. I wish it was closer to Vegas!!!!!“

“No matter what we get here, we have never been disappointed. Clean inside. Only 4 stars because some of the young girls could improve on their customer service skills. Smiles make a difference, and actually looking at the customer helps a whole lot. We order once a week from Kenhorst store. Prices are good for the quantity & quality of food!!

“The wait time was a bit long, which is understandable given the high demand for freshly made brick oven pizzas. However, the exceptional service and inviting atmosphere more than made up for it. The pizza is consistently excellent—just be mindful of your topping choices. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot that I highly recommend. Definitely worth a visit for a delicious bite.

“This place has become mine and my families go to Italian spot lately. Pretty much order from here once a week and have not been disappointed. Everything we get is always delicious and top notch.
My favorite dish is the Ravioli Alla Maria . Tonight I got just your standard chicken and broccoli Alfredo. I had mushrooms added. Also got the hot and garlic wings.
Everything is amazing as always. Have ordered here enough times now to leave a review.
Best Alfredo sauce in the area IMO as well.
Recommend this place and definitely recommend the ravioli alla maria if you haven't got it yet, it's a must.“

Little Italia = Big taste. Many pizza varieties to choose from. And combos available, too.
Gilbert (left) and Bazzi (right) know how to treat customers and will have you ringing that bell every time you visit! Next time you visit, they may just flex for you!
One of my mozzarella sticks was tiny, shrunken, and extra crispy. Bazzi made me another order without me even asking. What a true customer service hero!
Investigation finding: the address says State Hill road, but this location is inside of the mall. You must first enter Berkshire Mall next to five below. The scent of delicious pizza will lead you from there. Just look to your right for pizza delight.“

“Screpesi’s is a local treasure hidden on the corner of County -roads-less-traveled! I had been driving by this attractive building for 8 years before making a planned stop. The sign is too small to read easily as you drive by..even at the 25 mph speed limit. This told me that whatever was inside must be worth a visit and likely the small sandwich shop was frequented primarily by locals!
I was not disappointed! I was greeted with a smile and asked “hard or soft” reminding me of being asked “wtt or wit-out” in Phili. Anyway, meats are fresh, service is great and if you were to ask me, the hard crust is better!
Wife and I will continue to frequent Screpesi’s and explore their extensive menu.

“I get the grandma pizzas every week and holy SMOKES…very good quality ingredients, masterfully proportioned cheese and toppings like REAL ITALIANS do…not sloppy with way too much stuff…just exactly right so the crust has some crisp but nothing is dry. The bruschetta has fresh, real, raw garlic in it (which is always a good sign of real Italian food flair!). This is my new place, and they’re gonna have to try real hard to get ridda me!“
