Chrisetta’s Kitchen (Catering) exceeded all expectations! From the moment we contacted them, the communication was seamless, and their attention to detail was impressive. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. You can tell that Chrisetta and her team truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the menu, especially the appetizers and desserts, which were both creative and perfectly prepared.

I had the egusi and fufu and it was super flavorful and delicious, I’ve never had anything like it. Highly recommend this place!

Absolute hidden gem in West Chester. Amazing service, delicious food, great prices and portions. Most notably, they are very inclusive to all dietary restrictions, allergies and spice tolerances. Do not be afraid to approach the food if you haven't experienced African food before.

Absolutely delicious food! We loved the cassava leaves with chicken and rice and the stewed okra. The flavors of each dish were fantastic.

A little hidden African gem! Food is very tasty and freshly prepared, and the owner is super sweet. It’s a little hard to to find, tucked in the basement of a church. I almost missed it, but the delicious aroma led me to the right place. Keep in mind, there is no dining room, this is only carry out or catering,.
Great vegan donuts!
Love it here. The vegan options are amazing too!
I found Chrisetta's Kitchen by randomly google searching Liberian restaurants in Pennsylvania and was excited to find this place in West Chester.
Regarding the food, the Liberian cuisine that I have tried thus far is very delicious. There are so many dishes to chose from and plenty of options whether you eat meat, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy free, and nut free. One entree, comfortably provides two servings and the meat provided in the dishes are very generously portioned. I have tried the Check Rice and Gravy, Cassava Leaf and Rice, Torborgee and Rice, Okra Sauce and Rice, and Egusi soup with Fufu. Everything was pleasantly tasty! I like that the pepper sauce is provided on the side so you have the option of making your food spicy or not.
For our eco-conscious people, all of the containers used are bio-degradable and compostable reducing plastic waste.
The best way to order is to call or order online. I always call and am warmly greeted and provided with what is on the daily menu.
In regards to ambience, Chrisetta's Kitchen is as the name applies. It is not a sit down restaurant. It is located in the Kitchen of a church and serves take out only.
Overall, I enjoy the food and frequent the Kitchen weekly. I look forward to trying more dishes and encourage you to try it out. In the event that you try the food and do not like it, please try to still encourage and support our small business owners! I would love for Chrisetta's Kitchen to become a mainstay in this area.

My friends and I were thrilled to find this gem for dinner last night! They’re in the basement of a beautiful church and serve an array of Liberian food, including a vegan menu. Chrisetta was so warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious. Her Mom was visiting from Liberia. 😍
Be careful with that hot sauce, y’all! 😉
It’s a take out spot but the church is welcoming and we were able to eat there (we drove in from out of town on a very cold night).

Recommended dishes: Cassava Leaf, Fried Potato Greens with Rice or Fufu
wait time was too long, the owner is nice but service was not great, food was watered down and not well spiced enough, I could tell it didn't marinate or cook long enough, also location was very ambiguous and hard to find with no real big sign
