“I just have to give a huge shoutout to Journey, the manager, for taking such great care of us! We had a party of 16+ people, with some arriving late, and he somehow got us seated super fast and our food came out faster than I’ve ever experienced at an Applebee’s 😂

On top of that, he was incredibly kind, funny, and made the whole experience even better. We had such a great time, and honestly, it’s managers like Journey who make you want to come back. Definitely appreciated everything he did for us!“

“We have hiked more than 100 miles of the D&L trail, 10 miles at a time, and we always stop at The Steel Pub after. It is our favorite because we can sit outside, see the trains and the Steel Stacks, have a pint, and get a good meal at a reasonable price. Ask for Mike or Rachel. They are awesome!“

“I was there the other day and my grandson threw his juice on the floor outside. I believe it got too cold for him to hold and that was his immediate reaction. I thought about going back in to ask for another one but since it was technically our fault, I didn't. I picked up the items so that there would be no mess left behind and proceeded to get in the car. An employee walked outside and said wow, we saw what happened through the window, please tell me what he had and I'll get him another one, no worries. That was such an amazing customer service 5 star move. He didn't have to do that at all but he did. We come here every so often, have always had a good service, food has always been good, everything is clean, drinks are good, but this definitely surpassed my expectations. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service that is lacking in a lot of establishments lately.“

“Great food, very inexpensive. Just know that the restaurant is located inside the casino and anyone under the age of 21 requires an escort that will stand outside the restaurant waiting. There are also no bathrooms. This is not a restaurant flaw, just want to make patrons aware because I was surprised since they even have a children's' menu. Try the Nutella cake! It was amazing!“

Really dark in there that's my only issue. For safety reasons might want to add some additional lighting.“

“I held a dine and donate here on Thursday December 5th. Kirsten was very helpful with helping me set it up and very pleasant to work with. Our server, Josh was attentive and polite. He was always checking on us making sure our drinks were always full and clearing plates when we finished our apps and food. Joth, the manager, checked in on us several times throughout our meal making sure everything was to our liking. I’d definitely recommend this establishment. We had a great experience all around!“

“My husband and I went in for lunch today and sat at the bar. I will say the lunch special was great. Good portion and good food. But please please please clean your bar with something other than a dirty bar rag. It was soooo horribly grossly sticky. It was totally disgusting!“

“Got take out, food was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. not even going to lie, when I got the hostess/waitress (?)seemed annoyed that I went in the main side instead of the pick up side, which probably happens all day in her defense however, the sign is under waist level behind the bar where u cannot see until pointed out but once I got to the correct side, they were INCREDIBLY POLITE and even though they were a wee bit late to begin the order, they were super sweet and it was made very quickly and food was ON POINT. I would have gladly waited longer for food this good. We also got some substitutions and they got everything correct. Even my picky 5 year old housed the kids slider meal. My husband got a sausage parm sandwich and it was frickin delicious, there's no other way to describe it. The bread was even super good. Only complaint I have is the directions to the pick-up/take-out side(for someone who's never been there) is kind of hidden and then the chick made me feel like a douche when I came in the wrong side but that was only one person, rest of staff was super polite and I'll say it one more time that the food was amazing. Sorry no photos, we ate it too fast.“
