“The River Grille is a terrific restaurant, among the finest in the crowded restaurant space in downtown Easton. It has a great ambiance (crowded and boisterous, just so you are aware in case you prefer secluded and quiet) but every drink and entree was perfectly prepared and delicious. The staff was very attentive and we never waited for any attention. Previously my wife had dined at the sidewalk seating and enjoyed the experience. We went on a cold night in February and the inside was just great. Hoping they can return to outside dining in the Spring, but will happily dine inside any time! Pistachio crusted salmon with mushroom risotto was particularly good.”

“Based off of my one-taco experience.. The staff are very friendly and the food delicious. I spent some time talking to one of the owners and learned this business opened about 9 months ago and is family-run. They make their tortillas fresh to order and only make small batches of meat throughout the day so that it is always as fresh as possible. As far as I know, they are the only Mexican restaurant around here that makes fresh tortillas.The one owner is trying to convince her sister to make Tres Leches cake for them to sell in the store alongside their flan. If you go, ask them to add Tres Leches cake to the menu so that I can buy it once it’s added ?”

We just ordered the food here and this is our first time trying their food and we regret why we never tried the food here before. Amazing taste and flavor, authentic indo chinese. “I stopped here for an order of tacos to go. Everything was fresh, the steak was seasoned to perfection and the presentment was awesome. The service was just as great. I will definitely stop in again when I’m in the area. I would also recommend for any1 craving some good Mexican/Tex Mex grub. Hands down 1 of the best in the area that I’ve tried.”

“Best Pizza in the area! I’ve lived in this area for over 30 years and am always searching for better pizza as the pickings are slim here…this is the best so far. As in the other reviews, it is thin crust but does not droop over, which is great as it is crispy and not so much oil/grease. Owner is very friendly and cordial. Highly recommend this newer place, we will be back despite it being 25 minutes from our home.”

The elote was bomb, the flavors of the brisket, salmon, ribs and jerk chicken are so good and the Mac is really done well! “Love this place. Corner spot opposite town hall, sculpture plaza, a kid-friendly park, and a library, with indoor & outdoor seating. Tasty, satisfying food (worth the detour off 78 if passing through) reasonably priced and plentiful portions - also they specialize in shakes and soft serve with enough sprinkles/toppings/cookies/cones/cups to satisfy any taste...go.”

“Utterly delicious. Theres a huge variety for gluten free, vegan or vegetarian options. They were amazingly conscientious of food allergies and limitations. Seriously one of the best meals I've had living in Bethlehem, and moderately priced. Service was friendly, warm, and accommodating. The decor is basic but gorgeous.”

“As an avid coffee drinker, I've had my fair share of cups! This is hands-down THE BEST. From the smoothness and aromatic tastes and to the freshness of roasted beans, I will most definitely be a toasted and roasted customer for life. I purchased whole beans from the online shop and shipping was quick. There's nothing quite like grinding down your own beans and brewing that first cup in the am. The owners are truly wonderful people. Love shopping local!”

“Came for a late lunch. Very relaxing piano and the water fountain brought a sense of calm to a hectic day. Wife ordered tofu but didn't know it was going to be the soft kind. The waiter was so kind in helping us and getting her a different type of tofu that she said was wonderful. My chicken lo mein was solid. Will come back again.Kid-friendliness: Staff all smiled at my little one.”

“I called this week to order a custom birthday cake for Saturday, and was lucky that the cake decorator was going to be at the store that afternoon, so I was able to get a custom cake for my daughters birthday party this weekend. It was BEAUTIFUL!! It was just as I had asked it to be. The ice cream cake was mint oreo and chocolate, with chocolate crunch in the middle, and it was delicious (as is all their ice cream). All the kids loved the cake. Thank you Bethlehem Dairy store!!”

“I've come here a few times and it gets better with time, has the potential to be great. I love the Mochi Corn Dogs, especially Potato and Cheetos(regular or hot). Whether Cheese, Hotdog or Half and Half, they are all really good. My only complaint is that the last time I was there it was busy and my order sat around for some reason and got cold so the Cheese was not melty and the Mochi dough was undercooked. The Coconut Boba was probably the best I've ever had with tapioca brown sugar pearls. The Passion Fruit Green Tea with popping pearls was good too. Now these are the priciest drinks I've had of this variety but I would absolutely recommend the Pure Sugar Cane Juice, it is so fresh and beautiful, I would come back just for that. The Mochi donuts are good too, my fave is Ube. I would recommend going when they are not busy if possible, they are short staffed and the quality suffers. One of my drinks was given to a different table the man didn't complain and accepted the drink, at some point when his partner mentioned it to the staff they took the drink back from him mid drink to bring out his correct order. One of my Mochi Dogs were incorrect as well and we didn't notice until we tried it. When we let the staff know they took it back although already contaminated. Nothing major just a bit odd. If you made a mistake I just don't see what's that point of take backs. If going for a meal your looking at $30-40(drink, app, main, dessert) if just a snack $15- 25 depending. I will be back just not as often as I would like to.”

“This is a small Indian restaurant in an unassuming strip mall with outstanding food. The tandoori chicken is seasoned and cooked to perfection. The chicken was juicy, not dry as is sometimes the case. The naan is a lovely addition to any of the meals. The samosas are large and spicy. The portions are ample and the service is very good. The owner is often there and she and the waiter checked on our table throughout the meal to make certain we had everything we needed. I have not tried the desserts but finished with a cool and creamy mango lassi. We are awaiting the opening of the second location which will be a little closer to us and a less complicated drive. If you like Indian food, do not overlook Bibi's Tiffin.”

“So delicious! I was delighted to see a girl a few tables down from me enjoying her meal, smile beaming on her face. I knew i was in for something great. I ordered 6 pc Korean Fried Chicken and fried rice and Korean Coffee Bubble Tea. I love the refreshing take on the fried chicken. And the rice was so satisfying with green onions and a bit of egg in it I believe.I'll definitely be coming back. Next time I want to try out the ramen!”
