I ran 4 miles to try their popular cookies, but when I arrived and ordered, I found out they only take cash, and I didn’t have any. I was about to leave, but the guy generously gave me a free chocolate chip cookie on the house. The service was amazing, and he was so kind. The cookie was totally worth the run! You’ve gotta check them out.

In the most unexpected corner in Pittsburgh one can find the best chocolate chip cookie of any bakery in town. Not much in terms of of looks and atmosphere but really friendly, helpful staff that are proud of what they make - and they should be! Today was my first time but will definitely be back, again and again.

An unassuming storefront right off the Homestead Greys Bridge, this still rather hidden gem is known for having the best chocolate chip cookie in Pittsburgh, and the hype is worthwhile.
I went on a Tuesday morning to get some cookies as a surprise Valentines Day present for my wife with my 3 year old son in tow. The very nice cashier was patient as he reveled at the numerous cookies in the bakery case, and then let him pick an M&M cookie for both him and his sister (who was at school)- free of charge.
My half dozen very large and very delicious chocolate chip cookies were only $10, which is quite a bargain considering the area popularity of the item, and the current price situation for many bakery ingredients. Overall, a very worthwhile stop, complete with wonderful customer service and delicious cookies- could you really ask for that much more?🍪

Wow! What a chocolate chip cookie. Warm, double sized, perfect amount of texture, lots of chocolate chips, a hint of PB to give it that extra creaminess. Met the manager who was attentive, informative, and personable. Had a nice selection Of cookies. Will be back.
