“I have passed this little spot, so many times, for very many years. I'm not usually stopping for breakfast, so that's been part of the reason why I've never stopped in. Though, the week of Thanksgiving I made it a point to cut that trend and stop inside! And I'm glad I did.The food was very good. They will definitely compete with any of the local breakfast diners that I've run into, and reviewed before. I'm thinking they might even excel with their pancakes, and some of their distinct options. All in all though, while my socks weren't blown off, I definitely ate every single bite. The service was an awesome time. At the counter or at the table, people were seen to with a level of consideration that was careful to balance. Not hovering, not apathetic. Given the small, personal nature of the place, it was a great sell. The food turnaround was also fairly quick. I've had quicker, but again, this being a small place, probably wouldn't expect it to fly off a conveyor belt.Sit down and grab a bite sometime! As of right now, it sits in my top handful of picks for a breakfast sitdown stop.“
“We are 7 first timers and 7 very happy diners. Every crew member seemed to knew what to do. The line looked long, but we were seated in short order. Everyone's food was great and plentiful, our server was a pro, and it seemed like all of the diners were as happy as we were. Thanks for the wonderful experience!“
“Our server was spectacular. She was personable and very knowledgeable about the menu items. When I asked for my steak omelet to be "well done" she replied that she knows the cook very well and he doesn't make runny omelets so she hesitant to make that request on the check for fear it may be over done. My omelet was perfect. Everything was piping hot and the prices are reasonable. Everyone in our party was very pleased with their meals! Highly recommend!!Dietary restrictions: Server was very friendly and had no problem with requests for substitutions.“
“If you ever find yourself in Pittsburgh make sure to ? stop in and have breakfast at Kelly O's Diner PGH on the strip! You will thank me later! Be prepared to wait awhile for a table as it's 1st come 1st served. We were lucky to get there perfect timing as we got right in. This spot is popular, lots of people and lines out the door. After 1 bite you will know why. The omelette was delicious, and potatoes we only had a little as we can't eat potatoes for awhile. Everything was perfect and tasty, food came out quickly. The best part if you like orange ? juice. They make it freshly squeezed right there. They have a machine that squeezes the oranges and delivered right to your table. They were featured with Guy Fieri on Diner, Drive-ins and Dives! They also have a 2nd location in Wexford.Highly recommend!100 24th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15222“
“We were passing through and stopped to meet a good friend for Sunday breakfast. Our first time at Pamela's, we went with our friend's suggestions. The food was awesome, and the servings were more than ample. Our server was friendly and helpful! The pancakes were to die for as were the Lyonnaise potatoes. We will definitely make it a destination the next time we are in the area.“
“Went here for breakfast. We ordered the French toast, sausage links, eggs, and coffee. There wasn’t anything outstanding about the breakfast menu, pretty much just the standard breakfast staples, however everything is fairly priced and exactly what you would expect. I thought the counter seating was fun and unique, although with such a large counter there are few booths and you may find the counter to be your only option.“
“Nice little diner, well atleast I thought it was until I was done eating at the counter and realized that they had a big dinning room on the other side of the wall lol. Good food and prices, I'll definitely be back! Support small businesses!“
“Super friendly people working there! Especially when we needed 2 tables and a highchair! Some places are not that pleasant or accommodating*and* still super pleasant. Food was amazing! Prices are very good!Kid-friendliness: They all treated my grandchildren wonderfully! Very accommodating with using a highchair as that's not always the case“
“Pleasantly surprised! The breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful. They also do catering for the holidays. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely return. Highly recommend, prices are very decent for the current economy.“
“I loved it as soon as I walked in. The food and service was great. The only part I'd say needs improvement.... The actual seats. They need to invest in getting cushions on them. I always observe people shifting and trying to adjust the way they're sitting. The chairs are way too hard for the older generation. I always say, the next time I visit. I'm bringing my own cushions. Lol I really hope this helps....Kid-friendliness: My family loved everything about this place.“
“I’ve been here twice and genuinely think this is one of the best spots to spend a block on. I’ve only come for breakfast, but each time they’ve had eggs, potatoes, taters, fresh fruit, omelets, bagels, cereal, yogurt, and several other options. You get full control over the portion size and can eat literally as much as you want, so I highly recommend coming here when you’re hungry.“
“Char was our waitress tonight after the Pens game. She was so pleasant and good at her job! I did not catch the host's name, she was amazing as well. We first went to the Denny's just minutes away and they told us it would be a 30 minute wait. Well, I'm glad that we left and found these wonderful people! The food was delicious. So glad we stopped there.“
“I got a harvarti cheese and apple slice with bacon sandwich on raisin bread. It was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had and was much larger than I expected. Amazing workers and nice environment. They played better breakfast music than I am used to. I can’t name one better breakfast place in pittsburgh.“
“Classic diner. Tonight's service was a disaster. Water glass was dirty. Second glass was also dirty. No lemonade as no one knows how to replace the canister. Asked for a refill on the third glass of water (which wasn't dirty). She took the glass and never brought it back. No water for YOU! food took a long time to come out even though the place was empty. Just terrible.“
“My wife and I had an impromptu family reunion at the Denny's in North Versailles, Pa. The restaurant had recently been remodeled. It was very clean and fresh looking. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had the bourban glazed chicken, and my wife had the Pacific salmon. We both enjoyed our meals, the food was very good.“
“This Denny's unit is super clean, plenty of free parking, the staff is friendly, our server Seph was phenomenal. He had a pleasant personality and perspective. He made us feel welcomed, and he was attentive to our requests. The food was hot, fresh and made just the way we ordered it. My chicken noodle soup was hot and delicious with plenty of chicken, carrots and noodles.Parking: Plenty of free parking with a clear sidewalk and a wheelchair accessible walkway to the entrance.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs, children's menu and space to eat .Wheelchair accessibility: This unit is spread out so that it is wheelchair accessible throughout the unit.“
“Okay let me start this off by saying I have never had a good experience at a Denny's... Until now... I was very hesitant to try this but I really wanted breakfast at 11pm so my options were Denny's or nothing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and sat at a clean table. Our waitress (I think her name was Gabryelle based on our receipt) was very sweet and got our drinks right away. I wasn't a fan of the tea just bc I'm used to real southern sweet tea so she switched it out for me no problem. I didn't really know what I wanted based off the menu names so I just told her what I wanted and she pieced it together. Food only took maybe 10 minutes, it was really quick. Eggs were cooked perfect, which I have a hard time finding a restaurant that can get my over easy eggs just right. Hashbrowns and french toast were both delicious and I tried the cinnamon roll pancakes... Couldn't finish those but I took them to go. The best part was with all my food, and the food my boyfriend got, the price was so cheap, about $35 for the both of us, I thought mine alone would be $30. Overall I'm very happy with my experience and this might just be my go-to restaurant for now on. Highly recommend this Denny's.“
