Despite a minor issue with the cleanliness of the iced tea containers, the overall experience was enjoyable. The kitchen is clean, and the staff, including the manager Lauren, provide excellent customer service. It is a kid-friendly place where grandchildren can have a good time, as evidenced by a birthday dinner celebration. A customer did notice a hygiene concern with a staff member handling frozen egg rolls with bare hands, suggesting the need for gloves in such situations.
