Fantastic selection of beers in their taproom (with really great prices!) and delicious Detroit style pizza. Has a good Western rural PA vibe, which does my heart happy. Worth the stop if you are passing through.

Great beer at a reasonable price, and wow... the pizza was incredible! Got it loaded with the ricotta, basil, and (new) hot honey. Very friendly staff also. Definitely glad I stopped by here on my travels.

Literally the best pizza I’ve had my whole life, and I don’t prefer Detroit Style. It is just so good that it change you forever. The beer is super awesome too and I’m with my friend Andrew which makes it super good. Shoutout to Karly who is also super awesome.

Went for the pizza and we were not the least bit disappointed in that decision. It met the hype. Crazy delicious Detroit style pizza. Chewy, airy, thick crust. Real cheese. Good pepperoni. The basil drizzle and ricotta are must haves.

I regret taking a picture from the side I did. It shows the fantastic crust, but it does not show the burnt cheese around the crust which is to die for.

Even the price is good. We will be making more trips down to Bloom Slice!

Note, this taproom is in a building next to what I understand as the brewery proper. It's behind (attached to) a laundromat.

Best pizza in the Yough Watershed!!

My husband and I stumbled upon this place, and we feel really fortunate that we did. I first want to say that if you are reading a review that is older than 2 years, it is different because their taproom has only been open for 2 years.
We were in town for an event at CalU and were looking for a place for a beer and a bite. This place is a true gem, and clearly the pride of the town. The people there were super friendly, and we had a wonderful experience. We met nearly everyone involved in their operation. Their beer is tasty--I particularly enjoyed their Schwarzbier (dark lager) as it reminded me of a Dunkel or a Doppelbock. They had a food truck that had delicious options for everyone! We want to get back to try their pizza. They only serve it on Mondays-Wednesdays currently, so we will have to plan that out! This is worth a stop regardless of the day of the week you're around that area. I hope you find it as delightful as we did. :)

Out of towners and we were accused of being too drunk to serve. We weren’t. Told we could have one drink each. Then the bartender served a member of our party a second drink after refusing a 16oz originally and scammed that extra two bucks by doing it. My bad though, should have known better from the other shitty reviews and the fact that there was nobody else in the place in a Saturday night. Never again! Lesson learned

If you're looking for some great food and awesome beers this is the place. The pizza on Wednesday evenings is the best you will find in the Pittsburgh area.
