“This afternoon I was headed home alone with my daughter who had knee surgery at Children’s North and stopped to get her a milkshake before our hour ride home. As I handed her the milkshake I dropped it on the recovering leg and the employee doing expo at the window was AMAZING! She helped get her a new one and brought us extra napkins and wet wipes. She even offered to help clean it with me! Whomever you are, you are a fantastic example for staff and I appreciate your kindness during my anxiety ridden day!“

“I went to Chick-fil-A yesterday to pick up a catering order for work. Let me just tell you, I had the best experience. Our business credit card wasn't really working to pay for the catering order, so I was causing a little hold up, but they were so kind, patient, and helpful to me. The supervisor, David, helped me with everything and even offered me a drink. After we finally got it sorted, I went to sit down and wait for my order. I was looking around during this time and taking note of my surroundings, and I came to notice that all of the workers were just being so kind and actually seemed to be enjoying their job. I know that's the Chick-fil-A standard, but it was just really nice to see. My catering order was done early, and David even gave us a complimentary tray of cookies for my boss and my troubles, and he helped me take my order to my car. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and Chick-fil-A McKnight has some wonderful workers/staff. Will definitely be going back there!“

“Food was surprisingly high quality. I was pleasantly surprised.. some of the best KFC I have had in a long while. Staff were busy but friendly and attentive.The store was not busy. Only one other customer in the dining room.. and the room was nice and warm, which is refreshing after recent visits to nearby Wendy's and Taco Bell restaurants that are drafty and cold.However, the men's bathroom was pretty gross and needed attention. As if it had been a while since it was cleaned well (not just a one off issue) It was not toddler friendly (very high urinal and toilet) and the whole thing needs a deep clean.“
