My family and I had been coming to China House for over a decade, mostly for takeout, and it’s always been one of our favorites. We love the simplicity of the food and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The owner and his family are incredibly friendly and flexible. I used to see their kids helping out or doing homework at the front — it made the place feel like home. It’s truly a family-run restaurant in the best sense.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for over 15 years, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for the best Chinese takeout in Pittsburgh or the surrounding areas, this place is unmatched!

I love their lunch specials as they come with fried rice. I am a big fan of their food as you get a ton for the price. I would recommend anyone looking for great Chinese in the Pittsburgh area to stop by and pick up some. So delicious and great for a last minute dinner option.
