went to the wexford panera bread yesterday with my sister….we ordered separately….decided on “you pick two”….they had no bacon, no avocado and only provolone or mozzarella cheese. since they had no cheddar cheese, the cashier asked me if i wanted another cheese (only provolone or mozzarella available)….i picked mozzarella and she charged me an extra 50¢! my sister placed her order right after me….on the “prepping/ready”...read full review
Rude service by Mason!
My 4-year-old and I stop by often after my radiation treatment since it's near the hospital. Today they must have been short staffed because we waited in line to place an order for at least five minutes and no one even said Hello.

I was having trouble using my coupon and the lady at the counter didn't know how to use the app. I was getting frustrated and Manager Rob stepped in and managed the situation perfectly! This is why I have my business meetings at Panera! Thx Rob!! �����
