“This Starbucks right off 79 in Wexford is one of my favorites. The employees are always, without fail so friendly. Today after I drove away I realized my order wasn’t right and couldn’t drink it. I went back on my way back home and they were so apologetic and remade my order. I later noticed a little note saying “we’re sorry” on my cup. Thank you for your consistently wonderful service and your eagerness to make it right.“
“We went through the drive through at this Starbucks. It was our first visit to this location. We ordered two hot caramel brulee lattes, my husband enjoyed his more than I did. I thought mine was a bit bland; it could have used more flavoring syrup. We really wanted cranberry bliss bars. They were sold out. Sigh. Then asked for chocolate croissants, sold out. Finally settled on a chocolate brownie - still warm and lemon loaf, a standard purchase. I was a bit disappointed, but it was a busy day, this location is right off the highway. Sigh.“
“Very friendly atmosphere! Aleesha as read on name tag took the time to explain a drink to me as I don’t come to Starbucks often. With out hesitation or being irritated she was very happy to help. Very patient with me. BONUS! Will definitely be back.“
