“I am not a Starbucks person, but I LOVE this location. Why? The staff is amazing. I’ve been coming here for about 2 weeks and you can really tell that they have a relationship with the customers that come to this location. For that reason, it feels cozy and calming in here. The staff is literally the best. IDK who cultivated such an amazing work culture among them, but it’s clear that they care to serve and know their customers.“

Staff are always super friendly, helpful, and quick with making drinks. Compared to other locations this one makes drinks better, in my opinion. Plus, I’ve found this location to usually be clean inside and outside.
Great opportunity for premium people watching at this location, if that’s your thing. Also the indoor space has lots of seating so there’s usually space to sit down and chill out.“

“I give it four stars because it’s an average Starbucks, BUT absolutely stupid landscaping, they are going to get someone seriously injured trying to leave the parking lot with the shrub creating a monster Blindspot! You can’t see any of the traffic coming towards you that you’re intended to merge with! I had to sit there and wait for the light to turn red because that’s all I could see through the top of the shrub!“
“This store has consistently over the past several months given great customer service (even after absorbing customers from the other store that closed). Everyone is friendly, the manager is always making sure we feel welcome and he pitches in wherever needed! Thank you for your hard work!“

“This location at Virginia Manor Shops is one of the best in Pittsburgh. The store is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The baristas here are consistently friendly, patient, and upbeat — they truly make you feel appreciated as a customer. My drink was made perfectly, exactly the way I like it, and it came out quickly even though they were busy.
The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax, study, or take a quick break. Plenty of seating, good vibe, and smooth service every time.
Highly recommend this Starbucks — they’re doing everything right! ☕✨“

“Honestly, this is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The energy here is completely different. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and actually seems like they enjoy being there.
I was there yesterday and ended up coming back again this morning, and the experience was just as good both times. Customer service was top tier, and everyone I interacted with was kind and personable.
It really stands out, especially compared to other Starbucks locations that can feel a little cold/transactional. Definitely the nicest group of people I’ve come across in the Pittsburgh area. I’ll absolutely be coming back.“

Because it's somewhat tucked away and not as heavily advertised as some of the other Starbucks locations on McKnight it's able to have a very relaxed environment while not being obscenely busy. Also they have a huge parking lot so no issues finding a place to park if you just wanna chill and hang out.“

, and the one they made me this morning was hands down the best I’ve ever had. I didn’t catch the names of who waited on me or made my drink but it was the morning crew on Saturday July 26th! Perfect speed, perfect temp, perfect flavor ratios. 10/10.“

“Just came back from trail walk. I needed a place causal yet convenient for me. The Place just open recently. I like it. It's nice and smart. The service was excellent and fast. The Barista, Steve was friendly and efficient. I ordered The Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap was great washed down with VT. Pineapple Lemonade. So good. The ambiance is Smart so Shadyside I love it. Definitely coming back.“
“I ordered the chai latte as usual, and I used my alias Sam. However, they got Sam wrong! Unbelievable and preposterous. They wrote Sah. Crazy. Also, I ordered the grande and got the regular. Was bummed. Nevertheless, the chai was perfect as usual so it deserves 4 stars.“
“The location is great and less crowded than other ones in the area. Large space to study or for meetings. Staff were very nice as well. They also don’t put bunch of ice like some other locations in the drink and I felt they really follow the directions to make the personalized drinks. Very easy to get in and out. Definitely the best Starbucks in downtown.
**The blue drink tasted so artificial ( I tried one of the summer refreshers for the first time) but it’s the negative comment for Starbucks and not the location fault! I would come back for coffee drinks again :)“
“I was in the neighborhood and decided to go to this Starbucks. I ordered at the register and the person was Smiling and Happy. She took my order quickly and even got the special way I wanted it made. The drink was very tasty and was the way I wanted it. Service was very friendly and was quick. “There are some things we know. Starbucks is good. Target is too. Why not combine them both?! The beauty of this location is that, despite its small size, it's conveniently located right inside the popular McKnight Target. No worrying about making an unnecessary stop beforehand, it's all in one place. They take points from the Starbucks app or 5% off if you use your Target RedCard! This shop has also been recently renovated along with the rest of the store, so it's up to date and fresh looking. I've never had problems here and the baristas/Target team members are helpful and up to regular Starbucks standards. They also have merchandise and seasonal flavors too.“

“I returned to the Oakland Starbucks today, near UPMC Presbyterian. Again, the wonderful team rocks. It was the first time in 15 years I ordered a Frappuccino because a team member educated me that they can make one not sweet. The espresso Frappuccino is fantastic. I'm happy this team teaches us .

“It's great that there's a Starbucks in the hospital but this also means that it gets very busy with patients and hospital staff. It is on the smaller size so it can also get crowded. I suggest ordering in advance.
The staff was quick and cordial and they efficiently prepared my order.
Overall a positive experience.“

“The staff here are so so incredible. Although I wish the hours were longer for weekends, the workload they manage while maintaining the quality of drinks is amazing. I'm endlessly impressed how they manage to make all of the morning orders and still draw a cute doodle on my cup (although I don't believe the art should be a company requirement). They are the backbone of hospital staff getting through the day, myself included, and I'm very grateful to have them here :)“

“Stopped in for a matcha between appointments, the space/atmosphere is really surprisingly relaxing and feels the farthest thing from a hospital coffee shop, which must be really nice for patients and their family.
The employee Rue (spelling?) is really so great at her job, i was stressed and my hands were full, and her demeanor and attitude were that of someone who is very patient and comforting. The blond haired younger guy making the coffee's also had a very gentle personality. This location is really lucky to have employees who are so genuinely nice for the sake of the stress both hospital employees and patients go through daily.“

“I wanted to leave a reply to the person who left a review about the barista making a “racial” comment towards his wife by saying the pull apart bread tastes like monkey bread - and how he said he’s sure that. I such thing exists. Well, yes monkey bread exists, and yes the pull apart bread at Starbucks tastes just like it. No one was being racist or incentive. They were simply describing how something tasted. I’ve provided a picture of monkey bread. Lastly, I wanted to add that the baristas at this location go above and beyond in serving the community.“
“Frappucino was excellent, but took a while to get it. Had more people (I counted 5) socializing in drink making area than working. Very focused on their conversations, so I had to wait a very long time in the drive thru, at the window, to get my drink. Finally a manager asked what I was waiting for, then it was made and I drove off. Otherwise, as expected for Starbucks- consistent taste, quality, and quantity.“

“Starbucks at 202 6th St Pittsburgh, PA 15222 brews AMAZING Dark Roast Coffee. I love strong bold dark coffee. I have been to hundreds of Starbucks locations all over the United States and overseas. This location impressed me with the rich bold flavor of their coffee. The coffee was hot, fresh, and there were no grounds at the bottom of the cup. Absolutely perfect! The Barista was fast and professional. I also judge the quality of a Starbucks based on their electric outlets. They have multiple outlets by their tables for charging your devices. Thank you for serving me a cup of coffee the way I always hope it will taste!

“I was very disappointed this morning. Usually they do everything, right, but they were a little off. Well, at least the cashier guy was I asked him to give me the strongest medium coffee hot that they had and he just gave me a regular coffee. Which for all that I could grab one at Dunkin' Donuts or 711 i was Looking for something to actually wake me up other than just that one hiccup this Crew is Amazing“
“i have never had a bad experience or drink at this specific starbucks location, so i was a bit shocked to see such poor reviews! i go out of my way to stop here over other starbucks locations in the area - the staff, whether inside or at the drive thru, are incredibly kind and helpful. my drinks (which can often be the annoying, complicated kind) are always made quickly and correctly.“
“Ordered a classic Starbucks coffee. While it wasn't great, it wasn't bad and the atmosphere was fantastic. There were plenty of places to sit and many different options. I chose a high top in the window area to watch the snow. The interior was clean and we'll maintained.“

The manager there he actually remembered me from past visits on my last visit in August nice person.
