The lady that took my order was delightful. However, the barista making the drinks was too busy talking to her friends and didn’t start making my drink for 10 minutes. There was no one in front of me except for mobile orders.
So, I really like this location. But, I’ve consistently ordered drinks that have matcha in them for a decade or more. It always discolors the drink, particularly tea and makes it look like dirty water. Not to mention you can really taste it. This is like the second or third time I’ve ordered a drink from this store with added matcha and I’m like…”are they running out?!” The picture below is my drink. Starbucks Coffee Company is a go-to spot for great coffee and sweet treats any time of day. Many find it a wonderful experience, with a clean and cozy café perfect for working or catching up with friends. The staff are frequently described as friendly, quick, and knowledgeable, making drinks that are consistently delicious and customizable. Service is often prompt, with drinks made within a reasonable amount of time; using the mobile order option is recommended as it can get crowded. Some baristas provide a warm welcome and enthusiasm that makes customers want to come back.
However, the location has its drawbacks. The seating, power outlets, and restroom access have been removed, making it effectively just a coffee counter. A strict policy requires a purchase for bathroom use, which has caused significant upset, with some calling it greedy and noting it poses a problem for those without money or in an emergency. The area outside can sometimes have pushy panhandlers. Despite these issues, the staff remain nice and efficient, quickly preparing even large orders like Frappuccinos.
