I enjoy visiting this place based off its environment & its loyal employees that offer a place of study for educational purposes. Most College Students enjoy taking their loved ones & friends out to brunch for their personal life issues. Most of the time this place is just your normal college coffee shop, super busy lots of people lots of coffee orders. But now a few times I have gone during a slower time of day and I wait an unusually long time while I stand and watch the baristas talk about non-work related things while not making anything. My online order was to be ready for pickup only three minutes after I completed my purchase. That had never happened to me before. So, I got there pickup up my food around 40 minutes after my pickup time. I explained my situation. Instead of reheating my breakfast wrap the Starbucks worker threw out the breakfast wrap and made me an entire new one! !! No questions asked! Excellent customer service! !! Thank you!
