genuinely no clue in the slightest why there's so many negative reviews. I've lived on campus since August and go here at least two or three times a week, sometimes more often towards the middle of the semester. Definitely off their game today. My wife's takeout breakfast order was hardly heated through. Hash browns were smashed and lazily bagged. Coffee was lukewarm. And she said they weren't even busy nor short-staffed.

Dunkin' is a busy urban college spot that meets expectations with its typical Dunkin' food and drink. Despite being short-staffed, the hardworking employees do their best to provide timely service. However, the location can get overwhelmed during peak hours (11am-1pm) and orders may be missed or incorrect. The store can also be messy, with overflowing trash cans. Nevertheless, the staff are decent to great, and the location is easily accessible and affordable. Visit during off-peak hours for a better experience.
