“The experience was amazing from start to finish. We took our daughter for her 23rd birthday and she enjoyed every moment. The hostess was welcoming. Our server Alec was funny, kind, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and provided excellent service. The food was cooked to perfection. The manager came to check on our experience. I would definitely recommend this experience.“

“Went on a Friday night and our service was phenomenal! The host was funny and kind, and our waitress was extremely attentive and skilled at her job. We were seated and served so quickly. Our steaks and shrimp were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The signature mac & cheese was so creamy and had my favorite noodle for holding cheese sauce (cavatappi). We were in and out in less than an hour. Amazing!“

“Food and service was good. Wasn't very busy. Because they share their parking lot with MANY retail stores, it's hard to find parking. And finding handicapped parking is almost impossible. In addition, a large portion of the lot, closest to the restaurant, is being used for electric car charging. 3 or 4 spaces are reserved for take out orders. And those spaces are ideal for extra handicapped parking. I had to wait for my handicapped spot and when I was leaving, there were people waiting for my spot. In my opinion, they need to rethink their parking situation. The other thing is I don't enjoy country music. The place was pretty quiet except for the music (lucky me), as there were not a lot of patrons. Our server was attentive, friendly and cheerful. The food was delicious and hot. The parking situation really harshed my buzz though. In all, I would rate the visit 8 of 10.“

“Food and beverages were beyond phenomenal (Hail Mary for the win)! We sat outside and really enjoyed the morning sun while we chatted and enjoyed our meal. Service started strong, but dwindled as the restaurant got busier; our refills went unnoticed, requests were not followed through (i.e., more bread or a condiment) and we essentailly bussed our table ourselves. Normally, I would attribute this to more diners, but we saw 8 different members of the waitstaff outside alone. Regardless, would return to Firebirds again!“

“Just got home and had to post. It is Saturday night and the restaurant was extremely busy, but we had the best dining experience we have had in a restaurant in years. Our server (Crystal) was friendly and was on top of everything (you would have thought we were her only table, though I know we were not). Honestly she was absolutely amazing. On top of that all of our food was cooked absolutely perfect: our cactus blossom, my chicken, my husband’s steak, my son’s burger. Everything was perfect! I honestly can’t remember our family having a more enjoyable restaurant experience. Everyone working at the restaurant tonight deserves praise.“
