What a fantastic place to eat while we vacation in the Poconos area. Definitely recommend. Price is a little high though but everything was great.

The crab and lobster au gratin is superb. The pork loin dinner is equally as delicious. The mushroom stuffed with crab is a perfect starter.

We come frequently and were disappointed this time. My appetizer came out well after my husband's and then my entree—a steak special—was served lukewarm. The server did offer to have it recooked but it was too late. We appreciated the complimentary dessert but would have preferred timely hot food.

One of us had the French Onion Soup and the evening's special Steak. The other person had the Special Crab Lemon Saffron Soup and the House Salad with grilled Shrimp. Everything was delicious and the only complaint was that the steak which was ordered ‘medium rare' was more like rare. The waiter offered to have it cooked more, but the customer declined. The waiter was very attentive and pleasant. I have been going to The Powerhouse Eatery for about 15 years and their food is consistently good and it is a lovely spot for dinner.

Out party had 7 different entrees. All were outstanding. The OG burger and truffle fries is my favorite go-to but we've never had anything we didn't like. Desserts are delicious and sometimes a few like the cupcakes are sold out because they are so popular.

Dinner was so very yummy 😋 at the Powerhouse Eatery in White Haven, PA when I had VEAL SALTIMBOCCA Pan-Seared Veal Cutlets, topped with Provolone, Prosciutto, and Sage, served with Marsala Pan Sauce, with fresh green beans and a fresh baked potato, with a glass of Cognac to some ice cold water and fresh brewed ice tea Ty all 🤤

Food was good but overpriced for what we got. Bartender (also our table waiter) worked very hard to serve us and make our experience memorable. He worked noticeably hard in general, making drinks AND serving us and others. Kudos to him! This is one of our favorite restaurants, we drive 1 hour 20 minutes to get there, but it is starting to lose some of its allure.
Never had a bad meal in all our times there. Service is always extremely friendly. We went for our anniversary this time and even received a complimentary champagne toast.

Our waitress was excellent and provided information on the specials for the day. We loved the patio seating which was quiet with low background music....wonderful end to our work day. Food was served hot and tasty. An excellent overall experience!

We think this is one of the better restaurants in the western Poconos. Service is personal and timely. We always enjoy what ever we order off the menu.

My wife and I went out for our 23rd anniversary and we were a little disappointed. My raw oysters were schucked pourly and they had little pieces of shells in each one. My wife ordered a 4 oz filet, med-well, and I ordered an 8 oz filet, med-rare. My wife's 4 oz filet came out med-rare and my 8 oz filet came out med-well. The quality and tenderness of these $40 dollar filets was subpar. My wife liked her 2 cocktails and I like my first one but my 2nd one was very bland. I ordered a blackberry mojito and apparently they just ran out of fresh blackberries and used a blackberry juice. They did send us home with a complimentary piece of peanut butter pie, which was appreciated, but I do not think I will be spending another $200 anniversary dinner there. Personal review, ok but not great. Not for the price anyway.
