stopped by the Country Road Chef today and could not be happier! The nachos are unlike any I have ever had and quite honestly the best I have ever had. been meaning to check this food truck for a while now and finally got the chance today and let me say, plainly, if youre local and haven't stopped in you really should. cooked to order delicious lunch for less than garbage fast food. I had smoked wings today that were divine. nice sized wings, not those teeny ones some places serve, and tried 4 delicious sauces that were all great although that peach bourbon sauce is to die for. Awesome food with a peaceful location! We Definitely will be back. The portions are huge and the food has great flavor! Stop by and give it a shot if you’re in the Moscow area for sure. Also stop Nextdoor for a moonshine tasting!! Great places!!!
