The ice cream is OK. This is the second year we come to Jim Thorpe and get ice cream here. Both times they messed up the order and did nothing to fix it. This year we raised that we got the wrong ice cream so their proof was that the person wrote it down what they gave us.. Great service, consistently terrible.

Parking: I never had a problem finding a parking spot. Plenty to choose from.

Great place to stop and have a delicious ice cream! Friendly staff, huge selection and variety. Plenty of take out choices also such as ice cream cakes, ice cream sandwiches, etc. The other locations are just as good and the owners are very community minded!

Their ice cream is great but many of the young girls seem to be more worried about leaving or talking on their phones than waiting on customers. Forget about milkshakes the last half hour of the night, because ether clean up early to leave at 8 on the nose. Ownership should probably address the issue. We come at least once a week. Same routine.
