While it’s nice that this auntie Annie’s has a planet smoothie, the management staff doesn’t employ people who can handle having to make more than one order. Staff could be courteous to and say to customer “I apologize for the wait, I’ll be right with you”, but alas that is not how the store is ran. I came to this store with an online order. I watched the one employee working pretzels struggle to put together one order and then finally many minutes later start on her next. The family she helped then moved off to the side to wait for their order. One set of customers left in the time we were all waiting, because who knows if this place could just use more staffing or better management. Finally, after being at the counter for about 7 minutes the girl who was originally working the smoothie line said “has she helped you yet?”. I said “no one has helped me yet”. She got my to go order and I left. When I let the store know about this I was told by the general manager that I should just announce I was there for a to go order. Typically I would do this if there were more than two people working, or if someone acknowledged the fact that I was there, even eye contact and I might have felt better by saying “hey can you grab that I think it’s my order”. I always thought it was rude to just yell at customer service people “HEY GET MY TO GO ORDER”. But if that’s how Saundra runs things that’s how Saundra runs things ??\u200d♀️ Don’t worry Saundra I won’t come back to your location.

I am making the public aware that if you have a food allergy to berries or any kind of fruit do not go to this place for a smoothie. My wife is allergic to strawberries. When I ask after buying a smoothie for her about them not to mix anything strawberries the manager told me she don't recommend their smoothies, because she has a berry allergy and this place cross contaminates. I am making the public aware that if you have a food allergy to berries or any kind of fruit do not go to this place for a smoothie. My wife is allergic to strawberries. When I ask after buying a smoothie for her about them not to mix anything strawberries the manager told me she don't recommend their smoothies, because she has a berry allergy and this place cross contaminates. After asking if their is another way to make the smoothie they said no. The manager there was very unprofessional, they don't even have signs up warning possible cross contamination. The owner call me and said they are following all guidelines, but apparently your not because not informing someone that cross contaminating is happening can end up causing someone with an allergy either to get sick or worse DIE!!!. The owner littler told me he can find anyway to fix this, REALLY? ITS CALLED DON'T HAVE BERRIES NEXT TO NON BARRIES PROBLEM SOLVED. That way cross contamination does not happen. Its funny how this owner doesn't want to find a way to keep things like this from happening, but instead tells me he is following all the guidelines. Bet if a health inspector should you wouldn't be saying there's nothing you can do to prevent that.

My son and I were at the Wyoming Valley Mall on a Sunday. We always stop and get the nuggets and a smoothie. It was about 5:15 and the girl was very impatient. When I told her I wanted two nuggets and two smoothies, she said the smoothies were done for the day. I thought because the mall closed at six. My son and I walked down to the food court to get smoothies and on our way back past Auntie Annie, the same girl who said they were done with them was making one for another customer. She should be fired!!! I was very upset but my son didn’t want me say anything.

The last 3 or 4 times I went here, the pretzels were consistently dry or burnt...or both. I won't be going there anymore. I'm tired of wasting my money and I'm tired of the impertinent staff. So please, unless you you like dryed-out, black-burnt pretzels, STAY AWAY!
The service was terrible and the pretzel were not that fresh , I remember them being warm and buttery , won't go back

Best tasting pretzels and smoothies!! Pretzels come in a variety of flavors, all hand made in front of you. Smoothie was made with real fruit, none of the syrup junk you find in other places. Great staff as well!
