Buffalo Wild Wings

We went here because it was the only place other than a drive thru open since it was late at night. Food was subpar and overly expensive for what it was. We got two sandwiches and one thing of wings and paid a fortune. A couple days later we both had gutaches for days. We both attributed it to this place because it's the only change we have made. I later read online lots of people got belly aches after eating here. We both said we will never ever aleay at this location or at this chain again.

Ordered online for pickup for 4:40PM, arrived at 4:43PM. Our order was all wrong and we had to figure that out. The receipts are confusing, apparently the employees can't read them either. It all tasted like it was made at 9AM and sat there all day. Maybe dine in gets priority but never again.

Came in at a reasonable time, not overly busy and not crowded. Seated at a decent speed, delayed ordering till the rest of our table showed up. When the food came out, which i will say was a decent speed for a 6 top. My fries were just above room temperature and tasted like they sat out for awhile, my burger tasted like they dumped salt on the bacon. Had to remove the bacon and eat it that way. Overall subpar food at best, maybe a fluke but time will tell.

We went here on Father’s Day around 4pm. Were seated immediately as the restaurant was only a quarter full at this time. Lots of waitresses standing around. It took too long for the waitress to come, and then even longer for her to bring three waters. She forgot my son’s milk. She then proceeded to walk away without taking our order. Twenty minutes passed. We saw her cleaning off other tables. Again, there was many, many open clean tables. We got up and left. Not sure she even remembered we were there. Not a good sign. Won’t go here again. Like the food, but worst service I’ve had in a long time.

The service is lacking in every way. Every time I get take out, the Uber driver reports to me that someone walked into the restaurant and just takes all the orders waiting to be picked up. I asked the staff about it and I was told that they have no time to watch the takeout station in the front of the restaurant!
They could put it behind the counter the rack they put all the takeout orders on. But it took them 40 minutes to remake my order so the delivery person could finish their day and clock out. The place is already half dead when I’ve been there and when I spoke with the manager he acted as if he didn’t even care. 🙄 that’s just bad business!!

Ok. First So I went to this location on 4-15-25. Walked in and waited at the stand for a good 5 mins or more before someone acknowledged I was waiting. Then got seated I would say the place was not even busy if there was 10 customers in the building I would say it’s a little but it wasn’t. I requested a booth and was told I would have to wait 30 to 1 hour. SMH really Buffalo. So I said ok I’ll take the small handicapped table I was offered. Then I waited as I looked around a lot of the booths were empty and some had to be cleaned and nobody was doing anything about it. Very dissatisfied to see that. Also I must say all the waitress look very unhappy to work at this location it like they don’t care about customer service or customers in general. Ohh to make matters worst the manager does nothing about this as he was present. Now back to the final I waited 40 mins for my order to come out and it’s the worst service I ever seen or gotten my wings was horrible this place should be ashamed to let food like that exit the kitchen. This location needs to do better or shut down!!!!!

Visited this part of PA because it was monster jam weekend; my family and my self decided to eat at this BWW location and I just say it was hands down a great experience. The service, as well as the food was amazing. No complaints at all, they also had almost every baseball game playing on the TV’s. Thank u. Wish I remember my server name. Until next time. 👋🏽

While waiting to be seated, I was stared in the eyes by an employee and they didn’t seat us they just ignored us even though there were multiple open seats will not be coming here again disappointed
