Dinner was excellent 👌 Staff was very friendly. Would definitely eat there again. Decor just needs some upgrade / updates, but other than that, excellent 👍

Crescenzo’s Brick Oven Eatery and Bar was really great! They were very busy but Gloria and Chris still put the extra effort into the service. The hummus platter had tasty hummus; and instead of pita, I got taco chips (for low carb)a ton of Kalamata olives, fresh cucumbers placed on “the slant”, a frisée of letttuce, along with perfectly ripe grape tomatoes. Dominic was tossing pizza’s (very professionally) to bake in their brick oven that gives a very special ambience to this restaurant…

Vegetarian options: Hummus fantastic!!!

Tucked into the resort like hotel, the place is a gem! Sit at the bar, overlooking waterfalls, and enjoy a grandma pizza. This amazingly priced pizza is sure to fill all in the party!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 21st birthday party at the Woodlands Inn and Resort. We reserved 2 tiers at Crescenzo’s restaurant for our 25 guests. We ordered pizza, wings, and salads off the menu. The manager at Crescenzo’s, Alan, went above and beyond to accommodate our party, by providing beautiful table settings, setting up a food and cake table in the lounge area, and acknowledging our daughters birthday on the digital marquees. The food was delicious and we all had an amazing time dancing and celebrating in the Executive Lounge and the Evolution night club. My daughter said it was one of the best times she’s ever had, thanks to Alan and the staff at the Woodlands. It was truly an amazing experience! Thank you again Alan!

Good food, really friendly bartender and patrons. Was staying in the hotel so this was a short walk from my room to get here. Good music and good time. Extremely affordable!

If that's the pizza they served at the bar, it was very good.

Bar-Staff -Frenzy and/or disgruntled in front of guests .Late night snacks and drinks- pizza and wings left to sit under lamp for over 10 minutes when the concert crew returned.WARNING- Weekend breakfast is $13, weekdays for free. But it's no great shakes. It is actually a typical free Comfort Inn style serve yourself. Flavors were lacking and please don't ask for real silver on Saturday- "those are for the Sunday girls" and Saturday staff sure didn't want to wrap them up again. Their was a spat at the expresso bar between 2 staff. The level of professionalism was lacking- or maybe they have just gotten lax in care like the property's facilities upkeep. It's was obviously a grand space at one time that is suffering the woes of many in hospitality.

It was so so. The pizza was greasy on 1 side and so thin, it felt like just eating some cheese. The guy working was too busy playing on his phone to do anything. He looked at my empty glass of soda twice before refilling it. Won't be back.

Don't let the pictures fool you, like they do a lot of people. We left the next day, after booking 3 nights there. The rooms are dingy, dirty, stained, broken and moldy. You could smell poop coming from the toilet. I never even knew that could happen. They try to cover up the smell with carpet refresher, but it doesn't work. I don't think the carpets have ever seen soap and water. The rooms, ugh! The patio doors don't lock, the couch is so old it is sunken to the bottom and there is dirt build up on the back rest and where you sit. The recliner seat was busted and the mattresses were hands down the worst things I've ever experienced. I have a bad back and they were so worn in and lump, I felt my back would go out. The "pull out couch" was even worse. I know they aren't good to begin with, but geez. The "kitchen" was disgusting and so broken down. And the staff, they do not care. And it's not their fault that they are that way, they are just a mirror of their management. It's a shame. I'm sure this place was amazing at one point, but that time has since left. It needs a serious SERIOUS upgrade and cleaning. Please do not waste your time and energy booking this hotel. I've seen reviews like this before, for this place and I wish I would have listened. Save yourself the trouble. We left the next day and the front desk worker didn't even question why we were leaving early, just gave us the difference back that we paid. That alone says a lot. It's a shame, it looks like it used to be a nice place. Honestly the people who own and operate this place should be ashamed and embarrassed of it. It's a true disgrace.
