What happened to this place. Second time trying this place since new owners took over. First time( on a Friday ) tried to order food but the menu the bartender gave me wasn’t available? So she handed me the Bar menu, tried to order and low and behold 3/4’s of that menu wasn’t available. Second time I walked in on a Wednesday ( wing night) and tried to order, bartender said Kitchen was closed ( 9:30). I turned around and started walking out but the owner chased me down and said they had the bar menu available. Well i walked back in because I love supporting local joints. Unfortunately i could hear the bartender arguing with the owner that most of the menu wasn’t available because the cook had shut most of the kitchen down. I ended up ordering wings, they weren’t bad , but i felt like i was hassling the staff. What Dukey’s once was isn’t what it is now. Staff wasn’t friendly or accommodating, ownership, although brought me back in, wasn’t much better than the staff. I hope they see this and turn thing around, the place is a cool place, but judging by the lack of patrons both time I’m not sure that’s going to happen.

Decided to do a pregame inspection, and wanted to check out the drinks! The drinks are typically $2 or more dollars cheaper than what I'd expect to pay at a bar, but the portion of the beverage was incredible and the long island iced T is the truth! Perfectly executed, strong but not too sour! Very impressive bar tending! I'll be back tomorrow for the Bird's game! Good sports crowd and great food make this a must try in Wilkes Barre! Go Bird's

We came to this restaurant and ordered some steaks “medium” . We got our food and server never came back to see if we needed something. The steaks we cold and purple. Service was horrible and the staff were oblivious to their surroundings. Never going back to this place. Just horrible experience

we used to dine at Dukeys almost every weekend. went last night with new owners and we will never be back again. my husband got the surf and turf which on the menu states ribeye and lobster. Came out as a strip steak not even a good cut of meat for $60. I got the stuffed shrimp for $24.99. They were 4 of the smallest shrimp and hardly any crab meat. Looked like an appetizer. Their French onion soup used to be the best now its very sweet and hardly any broth. we waited 30 min for a box and check. Place was empty for a Friday night which always needed reservations. We spent $140 and was not worth it. We will not be back.

I just moved directly across the street and ordered for the first time and I love it! Ordered the bacon cheeseburger and fries and the food is great! The bar is absolutely beautiful!! The food is great! Atmosphere is great! Can’t beat the prices! I’ll be over quite a bit
