We found ourselves in Wilkes Barre very hungry & decided to try El Boulevard. We LOVED it!! Though the margaritas were not freshly made (they use a mix) the food was fresh, portions were large, everything was DELICIOUS & our waitress, Judith, was excellent. Highly recommend El Boulevard for authentic Peruvian cuisine made with fresh ingredients.

Great service, great quality, clean and nice place. The waiters are very kind. Definitely I will recommend this Peruvian and Dominican restaurant. Good taste.
I drove for about 45 minutes to get the place and don't matter to me. Thank you guys, love the place ❤️

This place was amazing. The presentation of each dish. The customer service. The taste. The attention. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Every one in my family got a different plate and all of them tasted amazing. Everything clean. The place was beautiful. Definitely going back
