Food was excellent. Waitstaff needs to go back to the basics...serve the correct meals to the correct guest....remove dishes when the guest is finished.

Was very underwhelmed for the price paid. Was served appetizers without silverware. The server didn't return until It was completely cold. The steak was overcooked to well done instead of medium rare.

This was my favorite chain restaurant for YEARS. I gave this location 3 last chances to show me they’re still good. They’ve gone down hill worse each visit. This past visit I ordered the parm crusted chicken. It came out completely burnt and not even cutable with a STEAK KNIFE. I gave it a few taps with the knife and the servers face was my exact reaction. She instantly took it back and brought me out a new one 10 minutes later. I’m never one to send food back once, let alone twice, but this chicken was pink, slimy, and raw… the server asked if it was better and I said not really but I’ll eat the half that is cooked and told her I don’t need anything more. 2 minutes later another plate comes out, 3rd times a charm, perfectly cooked with a side of embarrassment. But after a brick and a raw chicken, my appetite was nonexistent. This place has taken a HUGE downfall, I’ve been coming for 10 years to this location. Even the little things, no more chilled salad plates, drinks were all sugar no booze, appetizers were soggy and then the chicken issue. Some changes need to be made here for sure. Will not be returning for the time being

My mother and I ate here tonight. We’re from New York and have ate at many Longhorn locations including this one just last month. Tonight’s meal definitely wasn’t worth the price or excessive wait time. We were quickly seated but then had to wait longer than necessary just to get a waitress despite the restaurant not being packed. After ordering and receiving the meal my 9 count chicken tenders were barely equal to what 4 would be anywhere else. I’m sending a photo to show how small a portion I received for $18 which is inexcusable. I can’t recommend a restaurant that thinks that’s an appropriate portion especially at such a high price. I won’t be returning here unless I’m guaranteed the portions are better.

I am very unhappy with my experience at longhorn steakhouse. I went there for my sister and mother’s birthday and the bill was 189.24. We left a tip IN CASH and payed the bill with my credit card. Next thing i know, I am being charged the total amount AND the tip on my card? The server, Alexis, Charged me the amount I left in cash on my card! I called to get my money back and was told it would be back to my card in a week. It’s been nearly 3 weeks and i’ve had enough! I called my credit card and had to get the amount disputed. I am not happy and definitely won’t be going back. If i’d known this would’ve happened i would’ve have never left her a tip!
