Margarita Azul is a hidden gem offering a great outdoor patio and bar. The homemade chips and salsa are delicious, and the seafood chimichanga is excellent. The bartender, who also serves as the waitress, is fast and attentive. The margaritas, especially the seasonal apple pie and coconut flavors, are great. The tostatos de camaron appetizer and the spicy pork burrito are delicious. However, some customers feel the quality has decreased recently, with cheaper-tasting cheese in the queso fundido and small portions of guacamole for the price. The outdoor space is very relaxing, and the owner is often around to chat. The food is fresh, and the frozen margaritas have a kick. The mural is breathtaking and gives the impression of a three-dimensional artwork. Overall, Margarita Azul remains a wonderful spot for authentic Mexican cuisine, with a great atmosphere and service.
