Before I start, I don’t know the young gentleman‘s name That had served me, but I would lie to give an shout out to him .I had place an order through my phone to pick up for a $5 meal deal and I was greeted with my food and asking if I need anything else .He did forgot my drink BUT for the inconvenience he had gave me a medium drink .He had ran in and came out very quickly to make sure I was satisfied with my order .I call that great customer service .Please I hope this reaches...

Just left this establishment an the colorful one at the window was very impatient an not helpful at all she said my code to redeem my points was invalid she tried a few times and the expression on her face said it all it was very uncomfortable spending my hard earned money at this place with this lady

I agree with the assessment that the experience depends on who is working. During the week when we go for breakfast everything is 5 star almost always. Top notch food and tip notch service. During the weekends, however, we have had exactly the opposite experience. We have lately avoided our Sunday morning breakfast stop. Thank you for the feedback link.
