I came here on Black Friday with my boyfriend. The place was packed but it was a short wait to be seated. Ordering food was a little wait as well. The food was good overall, but saltier than what I'm used to. The soft shell crab batter was a bit thick. The soup was different, a soy sauce based soup that tasted similar to a French onion soup. The salad had a sweet mayo-ish light ginger dressing. My udon was unevenly seasoned. Some parts were salty while other parts were not. The spicy squid was not spicy. It has a spicy flavor that was salty. He got teriyaki chicken, which was decent but nothing spectacular. Could've used a spicy option. We also had hot sake and fried ice cream. Overall, it was an okay experience, nothing amazing. P. S. Not the best fried ice cream. Somewhat disappointing.

i was just here and i walked out without my leftovers and realized not even 2 minutes later so i came back in to grab it and it wasn't there and when i talked to the boy at the counter he told me there was nothing he could do about it. yet i spent my money on that food and didn't finish it. i will not be back until you can run a company the right way and do something about food you threw away 2 minutes after i left. in to go boxes. there should be a holding policy in place to at least wait to see if they call asking for it. ridiculous wasted money. i usually don't complain but with the price of stuff now what if that was my only meal for tomorrow?

Dinning room is crowded but decor is nice. Steak was tough an inedible but the shrimp was very good. Tried to send back the stake and they were very rude. Overall service was terrible.

I can only give a 1 star review because we actually was not able to eat there. I've been to Mirakuya multiple times and usually always have a reservation, however it was just my fiancé and I and thought we would just stop in and sit at the bar if the was any open chairs. So it was 7:30 and yes it was busy but we went to the bar and there was 3 chairs at the bar. We asked bar tender are these available and he said yes. Well before we can sit on them we were stopped by hostess saying they were reserved ... uhm ok never heard of bar top reservations but ok. So we had left and decided we would call and make reservations for 8 and head back. Well when I called they said they don't make reservations for the bar.. it's first come first serve well then which is it.... so we ended up getting sushi from wegmans and have our own date night at home..

Absolutely delicious!! We sat at the sushi bar everything was timed well. Not rushed but didn't wait forever for anything we ordered. Service was as exceptional as the food! Had a great time. Will be back

Recently visited the new Mirakuya location and it was packed with a line out the door! Food did take awhile to arrive and some of the rolls ordered at the table had to be swapped as they were out of ingredients. Because of how busy it was I do feel the quality of the rolls suffered, but I hope once things are smoother that it will return to their previous high standards. With the move they also do not currently do half price Sundays.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian rolls, appetizers, and salads available.

The service was just ok. I walked in and was told by management they could seat me right away, 5 minutes. However, after waiting about 15 minutes a couple walked in and they seated them right away. I had to check with the manager and he was joking laughing with coworkers. Once they finished talking they got a table clear and sat us at a table in an awkward corner. Our waitress was not knowledgeable about the menu but was nice enough. My sushi roll was good (not the best I've had but good) but my husbands dish was not worth $25. He had beef chunks and lukewarm dry white rice and sad veggies on the side. Disappointing.

I love going to Mirakuya! It's the dining place the stemmed lovely dates my boyfriend and I have had together. The old Mirakuya was nice, it was always cozy and had good food but the renovated one is fabulous! The menu changed a bit but still kept our favorites. I am so happy a place like this exists near me and isn't overpriced. My boyfriend and I will keep going on lovely dates here and enjoying our experiences to the fullest.

Their new location is very nice, completely renovated, bigger bar, and several more hibachi tables. Their food was good before the restaurant moved but it's better than ever. We got the chicken and shrimp hibachi dinner. The chicken has a more grilled flavor to it along with generous portions. We got our food very fast (as usual) for how packed it was. We also got the Mai Tai mixed drink and believe me, they do not skimp on the alcohol with this one. My one suggestion to others is to make reservations ahead of time or you will wait quite a bit to eat.

They recently moved to a different location but I've always enjoyed their sushi specials and rolls and hibachi. The prices are not bad and the service is good overall overall decent.

Fast, attentive service; strong drinks; delicious and fresh food. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Mirakuya really out did themselves! The new restaurant is gorgeous with a great vibe for a date night. Multiple large flat screen TVs hung throughout the restaurant to make Sunday game days easy to enjoy. The food was excellent, and the service was quick and accommodating.

The food was amazing. The sushi is to die for but what I didn't appreciate was the server asking me to include the tip in my credit card payment when I had the tip payment in cash for her. Assuming that a tip won't be paid is ridiculous and trying to embarrass the group is unacceptable.

So where do I start ? My wife and I were super excited about the relaunch and new location of our favorite restaurant. We walk in the immediately the Manager engages us in pleasant conversation, he sat us with a family that was already seated. It was down hill from there. We smiled tried to make small talk with the family seated with us the grand mother visibly upset by our presence. We're African American and they were Caucasian. Okay fine. The waitress comes bring them their drinks, never acknowledges us never even tried to make eye contact. She takes more orders from them while her back is to my wife and I, then she slips away and leaves once again.Safe to say..... "New location same old prejudices.
