My wife and I came to town for a concert, and we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn next door. We decided to stop by Mizu for dinner, and we were blown away. Honestly the best sushi we've ever had. Who would have guessed that Wilkes-Barre has such a great sushi restaurant. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the interaction with the staff. They gave us an amazing raw appetizer on the house that was incredible!
Highly recommend Mizu. We will be back 💯

Mizu Sushi was a solid dinner spot. Good pricing for a lot of food. I got the Tiger Leather Roll and the Udon Chicken entree.
Sushi chef also gave me a lobster salad with tempura flakes on the house which was delicious. Tiger Leather Roll was amazing, chefs special sauce really enhanced the dish. Udon dish was a big portion size, could have used more seasoning or a sauce to elevate the plate.
Service was incredible and friendly. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

This place is amazing! My girlfriend and I were looking everywhere for a sushi bar that had uni on Saturday and they had it! From California too! The uni, and all sushi was DELICIOUS!! And the sushi chefs were the nicest guys ever!! Definitely will be going back!!

Mizu Japanese Cuisine is hands down one of my favorite spots to eat. The sushi is always super fresh and delicious, and the rolls are creative. You can tell they really care about quality.
The staff is super friendly and the vibe is relaxed but still nice enough for a night out. The hibachi is always cooked just right and full of flavor.
Whether you're going for a casual dinner or celebrating something special, Mizu never disappoints. Definitely a go-to spot!
