I was really upset at first because my sandwich and drink were missing. But when I went back, I met a girl there for the first time, and she was incredibly sweet. She stayed calm, handled everything so professionally, and made sure my order was fixed.
The way she spoke and treated me completely changed my mood—I was honestly so impressed. I even asked her name, and she said it was Shez. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

I’m convinced Popeyes puts something in the flour because that meal was a literal fever dream.
I went for the Ghost Pepper wings, and they were so crispy it was borderline aggressive. I didn’t even talk; I just sat there in a trance, alternating between the heat and a side of mac and cheese that was way more comforting than it had any right to be.
By the time I finished, I felt like I’d just won a championship. Best five minutes of my week, hands down.

I walked into Popeyes and honestly, it was a spiritual awakening.
The spicy chicken was absolute perfection...that crunch was loud enough to wake the neighbors, and the heat actually had some soul to it. I tore through a buttery biscuit like it was my job, and by the time I hit the bottom of the fry box, I was basically in a food trance.
It wasn't just lunch; it was a total lifestyle choice. 10/10, no notes.

Went to Popeyes in Wilkes-Barre the other day, shrimp was inedible, they forgot two different items on the menu, overall service was fine. They were nice but it was difficult to understand the person at the drive-thru. No complaints about personality, just the quality of the food and ability to put food into a bag.

I made a order of almost $150 and would you believe that everything was made fresh and not just thrown together. Oh yeah and the order was done in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Ms Shana for your great service. Looking forward to seeing you for the same thing next weekend

Was great, i always order at this store, to go, and some times for dine in. The chicken is always fresh and delicious. Plus I love the fries and chicken sandwich. I highly recommend this store.
