It's my first time trying the Pupusa and I think it was good. It is even better with the coleslaw. I ordered cheese and beans. The order is made on the spot and since we came during lunchtime, we had to wait for 20 minutes. There's a few benches you can sit and wait but since it was cold outside, we waited in the car. It's just a food stand but they kept the surrounding clean.

Read all the great reviews online and wanted to give it a try, I avoid all chains and fast food on our travel routes. Freshly made ‘pupulus’ made from scratch with tlc, a corn patty style pancake filled with chicken and beans and cheese. Very friendly service they gave us 2 free for the first time. We ordered 10 (for 2 people) it’s only $2.50 each and it was still piping hot for hours served with homemade red sauce and slaw. Definitely worth the detour off Hwy - good to know for future we could have called the order in. You must try, there is an outdoor table.

First time having pupusas and visiting this establishment... I wish someone would have prepared me for this FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!Got there and Belky took care of us. We talked about a bunch of stuff as our food was being prepared by her beautiful mother. What a nice girl! Superb customer service.I regret so badly that we only ordered one for each ??? we got a free one because it was our first time and I still WANT MORE!!!! Silly me!!! This is simply DELISH and I am going to have to come back soon.I am telling you .. this was SOO TASTY AND YUMMY!!! I am mad I only ordered one lolThank you, guys! We'll be back ❤️
I haven't been able to find a pupuseria anywhere else in Pennsylvania, I first had Pupusas in El Salvador with the military and have been searching for a place closer to me ever since. Let me tell you, Pupuseria Salvadorena does not disappoint. I have only had their pupusas with cole slaw and sauce but it is a great, cheap option for lunch and a true hidden gem in the city.

I absolutely love this place. Whenever we have company from out of town we order from here because it’s unique and delicious. I start dreaming of the papusas every few weeks and they never ever disappoint. My husband would love for them to bring the tacos back but I’m so hooked on the papusa that I don’t care if it’s the only thing they serve. Would give 10 stars if I could.
