People are ALWAYS ALWAYS rude when you call to order cakes! I’m very simple never ask for much just usually the pre made cakes I don’t even make any changes to them and they’re so rude! Last cake I ordered 2 days before I needed it got lost and when I went to pick it up they had to make it all over again! I wish they’d put nicer people in there bc I love Sam’s club but sheesh no one wants to deal with RUDE workers! Esp when you’re super nice to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just not a great environment if you look like me or are elderly apparently. They’ll mistreat you.

Price of gas is 20 cents cheaper.. Great savings . Great food savings .

Items were scanned 2 times can't get anyone on the phone to clear it up.

lines were all the way to the back of the store. Not enough open. wondering if it is worth the membership anymore.

They do not enforce wearing a mask. When this is pointed out to managers or employees, you are ignored. We were in there for less than 20 minutes and saw about 20 people without masks on.

Great curb side pickup! Very quickly got my order.

The crowd is just too much at this time. I avoid in store shopping .

I came in today for my weekly shopping even amongst the panic, the staff was working diligently to stock items. From the gentleman as you walk in cleaning your cart, to the checker, all of the staff was helpful and pleasant. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to your members. I pray you all stay healthy and receive the appreciation you deserve.

I’ve done a lot of shopping at Sam’s for my family this year and until today have been very happy with the quality and service. Today your employee at the exit was obnoxious. So very rude as people were leaving in the rain with giant carts filled to over flowing. She is telling people “keep it moving” and “out!” In a very nasty tone. I understand her need to keep the space clear but she was outright ridiculous. Everyone was in disbelief. Just awful. We decided we are done with Sam’s if that’s how they treat customers.

Great place to get bulk I love it

Called at 10:00 am this morning to make an appt for tires at 5:00. Got here at 4:45, walked to Kohl’s then spent close to $300 here on groceries. It’s 6:34 and they didn’t even start our truck yet. So now I have to wait 45 more min for him to rush these tires on! Manager is so rude and cocky! She needs a refresher on costumer service! Unacceptable! And if they knew they couldn’t start on time maybe they should have notified us!!! Never again! I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Scan n' Go... very effective and severely underrated.

Grocery shopping. And you get great deals at their little food court.

After shopping I have to stop to eat their Nathan's hot dogs so beefy & delicious love em!!!
