Niamya was our server and she did a great job serving our large table.

The meal was amazing! OMG! The smoked old fashioned was the best I've ever had! I wanted something light for lunch, so I had the Brunswick stew, which was excellent. I had the pretzel sticks with cheese on the side and they came out perfect! Also, someone in my group got a bowl made with mac and cheese and jalapeños and gave me a bite, which was amazing!

Great food! Great music! Niamya was a great waitress!

During our weekend getaway to Pennsylvania, we made a point to return to a restaurant we once loved. The service remains impeccable—our waitress was amazing, and the entire staff was attractive, kind, and helpful. The setting is as beautiful as ever.

Sadly, the food this time around didn't live up to the standard set by the service and ambiance. We encountered several issues:

· Beans: Overly sweet, needing more savory balance.
· Ribs: Served cold and were too bony.
· Cornbread: Hard and tasted stale.
· Drink: The Smoky Old-Fashioned was packed with ice, weakening the flavor.

Taylor is an excellent server. He was vey personable and attentive. The brisket grilled cheese was pretty good. The rest was blah.

Our server Kate went above and beyond. We came in late in the evening after a long day of work. Kate was attentive and she was there whenever we needed service. Drinks were never empty and the food came out hot and scrumdiddilyumptious. Without even asking she brought us the bill and allowed us time to relax and decompress after the aforementioned hard day at work. I haven’t been to Smokey bones in over a decade and Kate allowed us to have one of the best meals of my entire life. If I could rate her higher I would. I would absolutely recommend Smokey bones to every person I know in my personal life and I’ll tell them to ask for Kate. I will be back for sure.
