So we decided out of the blue driving an hour away from home to stop in at The Chicken Coop. We were not disappointed. Unfortunately While I was writing this review I had already scarfed my fish and chips so I couldnt provide a picture. However it was delicious. The mango wings were a good size and had great flavor and heat. The Cajun Hoagie was also delicious. We definitely highly recommend anyone out in Wilkes Barre to stop by here. This is one place we will be coming back to.
I have been coming to the chicken coop for many years (RIP to the original Coop). Any time I'm coming back to the area to visit I always stop here when I am craving wings. They are always crispy and there is a good variety of sauces to choose from. This time we tried the cheese steak macaroni too and that was awesome as well. Many things on the menu that I would like to try. Can't wait to come back again soon! I see some negative reviews mostly from takeout or door dash....
Honestly this place has some really great eats. I'm new to the area and me and my family were looking for a good meal so we decided to try the Coop. They're Coop pountine is to die for and their wings are amazing especially the spicy garlic ones. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for quality food.
