The restaurant's staff is generally polite and friendly, with very polite and helpful employees who provide amazing customer service and make sure everything is right. The food is typical of Arby's and mostly accurate, with the roast beef sandwich being really good and the jamocha shake a best favorite. Food is great, hot, and sandwiches are built properly. Many customers appreciate the good food and friendly service, although the inside can feel a bit cramped with limited space for waiting on to-go orders. Kid-friendliness is noted, as families with children feel comfortable there.
