I was checked in at 623 and out at 655. this did not include the 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order at the checkin or the 10 minutes for the 4 cars in front of me to move me to that point... the food was luke warm till I got it as well and the staff looked exhausted... I enjoyed the food but after waits in excess of 15 minutes the last several times I'm not sure I can stomach the service - management fail!!!

Arby's offers a happy hour with reduced prices on sliders and shakes. The restaurant's staff is generally polite and friendly, with very polite and helpful employees who provide amazing customer service and make sure everything is right. The food is typical of Arby's and mostly accurate, with the roast beef sandwich being really good and the jamocha shake a best favorite. Food is great, hot, and sandwiches are built properly. Many customers appreciate the good food and friendly service, although the inside can feel a bit cramped with limited space for waiting on to-go orders. Kid-friendliness is noted, as families with children feel comfortable there. Free refills on fountain soda are a plus, and while some customers miss the Happy Hour, the overall experience remains enjoyable.
