Terrible experience employee got a nasty attitude because I asked about my order . The incident happened on 4/3/2024 at 6:55pm the cook had to come out from the back to assure me an order would be ready soon. I spend a lot of money to be treated that way

From my first experience, I had a great time first time ever being in there I would definitely go back, and I definitely recommend
Group of 15, forgot orders. One couple never got their appetizer. Was seated in the bar section with 3 children under 10yrs old. Bar maid kept shaking her head at the one 2year old crying. Well it took an hour and a half to get food. Never going back. Also food came out cold. I had to rob other tables for salt and pepper and ketchup.

Went with a lot of people for a fund raising event, March 1, 2024, Williamsport, PA. Got there and the staff new nothing about the event!!! Eventually got it figured out. Took forever to get the food, I ordered a Smash Burger, asked for it to PLEASE be cooked to medium rare, the wait staff explained how they cook them to a certain temperature, etc... I asked again to please have it cooked to medium rare since it was two burgers, not that hard to cook to medium rare you would't think. I told them if I got sick from it not being cooked to their temperature it would be my own fault, I didn't want it to be like shoe leather! When it FINALLY came it was worse than shoe leather, you couldn't even eat it and the fries were cold!!! Won't send food back, I've heard too many horror stories about that besides it took forever to get it the first time. So with that said I will NEVER go back there again and would DEFINITELY NOT recommend doing a fund raiser there. They were totally under staffed and the food was horrible!!!

Stopped while visiting Lycoming for their boys basketball game. Typical experience for what we would expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. It was pretty bare when we got there, but filled up at the dinner rush.Food and drinks were good.

We were seated right away and after waiting 20 minutes went up to ask if we had a server. They pointed her out but after another 5+ minutes of her walking past us without a glance we left. The people in the front only said sorry and shrugged. This is the second time this has happened to us there and both times we were at the same table. People that came in 10 minutes after us were already served.
