We always get delivery but don't have any problems ever. The do a great job. And I only gave 4 stars because I never give a perfect review because there's always room for improvement somewhere.
This blonde lady was very rude to one of the employees who seemed like they were having issues noticed alot of touching and flirting the guys seemed friendly at least.

It's the first month into 2025 and GOD IS YOUR DELIVERY HORRIBLE. An older male delivered my food, (mustache, greying hair) I was on the phone with him for 10+ minutes explaining my building to which he couldn't understand and kept asking if I lived in a house (I kept saying I lived in an apartment). After explaining many times the areas around my apartment He ignored my instructions and kept REPEATEDLY sighing in my ear and saying how annoying this was. this call was SUPER uncomfortable, I had no idea if I was to calm him down, or figure out how to get him to listen to me? When he finally got to my apartment, He handed me my food and said "You want your receipt?" and threw it at the floor and closed MY BUILDING door on me.

Food is 9 out of 10, sometimes I get burnt pizza but they are usually busy when I pick it up. My suggestion is to get them on a not so busy day and there food and service is great.

I appreciate the personal touch this store offered. I made a mistake and ordered the same thing twice and I was immediately called to make sure that was what I wanted. The order came very fast- The driver communicated well and was very courteous. The only scare was me thinking there was bacon on my pizza (I don't eat pork) but it was philly steak sliced really thin.
The price was right( ordered directly instead of thru DD- and the taste was superb 👌.
I didn't know pizza spots still accepted cash on delivery so that was a very convenient option as well.
Highly recommend this location 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Will NEVER ODER FROM HERE AGAIN. The disrespect from their employees including the manger on shift tonight. Always say the delivered our food and never do and when we call we get hung up on!

I like every ordering experience from here most every time. Even when I have to bake it a little more. I don't care about that in the least. Even every delivery driver is nice and professional.
The ONLY REASON I say anything is a a heads up. I'd rather the pizza be under-done than it be like the pizza in my hand; too done at the edges, still undercooked in the very middle. I'm no expert but I worked around ovens every time I had a food-related job (8 years total experience PLUS I cook tons at home) and this signals the oven being too high. Otherwise, it is always so dang good to satisfy the, uh, munchies. Hits the spot every time I order. (Not terribly often but.....)
Dietary restrictions: NOT recommended for people with gluten-intolerance as it is all made on the same tables as gluten-containing products.
Kid-friendliness: Not an eat-in-able restaurant
Wheelchair accessibility: CAN get into this facility with a wheelchair.
If you could give a zero, this location would merit a zero. Service is lax due to being severely understaffed, which then shows in the quality of the food. You can always tell when someone just threw it together just to get it done. That is if you even get your food in the first place. Just today I placed an order, waited almost 90 minutes before calling to find out why nothing has happened yet, was told they'd check which number on the list I am, then sat the phone down for 20 minutes while I could still hear everything (which is always funny to hear other cancelations and employees talking trash about their customers). I was then told my pizzas still hadn't even been prepped yet (110 minutes in almost at this point). Cancelled, refunded. Avoid this location at all costs.
