I waited to write this review for a couple of reasons. I really wanted to forget my experience and not fly off the handle but here we go. I wanted a great burger 🍔. I ordered with not many customers in the dining room, maybe four. I ordered burger fries and water. After placing my order I put water in my white cup provided me it came out of the machine brown. It got more clear after three more tries , but still light brown. I got a bottle of water which was fine. More people come in and order receiving their food before me. I know because you take a number when ordering. I walk to the counter and ask if there’s a problem with my order. The server hands it to me immediately and says im sorry. I sit down. At this time I’ve been there 45 minutes, for 1 burger and one fry. My burger 🍔 was very overcooked and crispy and without the barbecue sauce I ordered on it. I probably won’t eat there for a while. Maybe a staff change is needed.

Food was drenched in salt, table and floors weren't very clean. Staff was nice and food came out quick and order was accurate. Way to expensive for a burger and fries with no drink. $20+ for one person.

Five Guys has always been a fantastic food option, especially with their allergy precautions and practices as well as using peanut oil for frying instead of a vegetable (soy bean) oil.

Not what it used to be to be. I worked at five guys when ai was a teen and I remembered the standards that they use to keep. Idk if other five guys fell far from those standards but this location surely did. Was no one there, dining room was a mess, no clean tables, trash cans difficult to get trash into, and got short fries, I remember they use to give that extra scoop that was the whole reason we went there tonight. It’s a shame. Five guys isn’t the same anymore either.

Honestly I would give it five stars everything was great food and great services great atmosphere was great I just feel like it's a little bit expensive for what it is and when I check the calories after I left I pretty much maxed out my calories just one burger and a small fry and I had a Coke zero I just can't believe there's like 1700 calories in a burger and a small fry that's unbelievable but other than that it was a great place to eat
Best place in Williamsport to eat ! MADISON is an amazing cook, super friendly , and super customer oriented! She makes the boat rock ! 🚢
