Hana Asian Bistro and Bar

First time here for a family 80th birthday...our food was acceptable but our service was terrible. Our waiter was rude, did not bring all our food that was ordered, impatient with family members that were struggling to hear, etc. never came to the table to ask for any drink refills and at the end just tossed our bills on the table in a pile. I struggled to give this guy any tip whatsoever. did not address it at the restaurant due to not ruining our family celebration over a poor server. I rarely write reviews but this was necessary.

Service was horrible. wait time was unbelievabley long. Ichiban is my place.

Good prices (lunch). Good food. Had fast service too. It’s not always fast though (but I don’t care it’s great here).

Love the food was very upset made reservations for 10 people for my birthday and the hibachi side was not open but still was told we have to pay full price. Thats part of the experience.

Top tear resurant if you're craving sushi! The food was amazing! I will warn you if you're going to get the all you can eat the bring full servings of food and rolls! (Not complaining, but keep it in mind so you don't over order) only complaint it took a long time to get our second round I'm not sure what was going on but it was over 15 mins when we ordered.

Kani salad could use more crab. Hibachi veggies good. Very cold inside. Worse case scenario was the ladies room. Must be using a dirty mop, just spreading the filth. Everything dirty in there. Trash cans overflowing. Not good.

we love eating at hana anytime we are in the area. unfortunately today we had the rudest waitress I've encountered at any establishment. hoping someone that is in management reads this and cares enough about their establishment to do something about her.

We had a large party but all of our food was delicious.

The food is pretty good. It’s expensive, but it’s good. I’ve tried a different dish each time I’ve been there and they’ve all hit. However, every time I’ve been there they haven’t served boba tea. Also the entire hibachi side of the restaurant has been closed since covid and there are no signs it will ever reopen so I’m guessing they have some staffing issues. Which makes sense, which leads me to my next point, the service is awful. The servers I’ve had appear as if they’ve never interacted with a real person in ten years. They’re awkward, they’re short with words, they seem like they genuinely don’t know how to work in a restaurant. They have a full bar, but they also fail to provide a menu of any drinks. Not even basic, non-alcoholic drinks. They’ve had a urinal that’s been out of service for a year too, the bathrooms are a little dirty. If you’re gonna spend the money here you’re probably better off getting it as take-out.

Sushi and sashimi were not fresh and was disappointed in the taste of the wonton soup. Would not come back. Pickup service was nothing special won’t be back
