“This place is a tiny hidden gem. The staff is so friendly, the smoothie and açaí offerings are abundant, and the supplement selection is impressive. Also try the sauna -- there are really no sauna options in Williamsport and I'm grateful Freshlife has one. I wish it had more muted lighting and that I didn't have to hear the store's music while in the sauna, but that can't really be helped because the store is in such a small space and the sauna isn't really in its own room (it shares ceiling space with the retail store). Still, highly recommend.“
