i ordered a bread bowl onion soup and basically didn't get the bread bowl . I called up the resteraunt explained this and gave the manager the order number and told her what was missing and basically she danced around the whole thing said " oh so you missed the bread bowl" oh you didn't select it you selected chips :/ urm first of all I.ordered the onion soup bread roll and second of all I had chips on the side as a SIDE. on the bottom of my receipt it states " Accuracy Matters....read full review

Panera Bread offers great food and friendly service. The food is good and the service was very quick. The staff is on point and as nice as you get. Each meal was as fresh and full as you’d want to see it. However, the overall cleanliness could be better, such as dirty floors and tables. It is a very quiet place to eat and there are plenty of parking spots.
