Friendly, but slow service. Wife’s burger was ordered med-well and arrived practically raw in the center. Turkey sub was meh… Stromboli was charred black on top and mediocre overall, plus had orange (cheddar?) cheese as well as mozzarella, ok - that’s unusual. Waitress said something about “them” (cooks?) having hard time with the wood-fired oven. Years ago the wood-fired oven was a strong selling feature for this place. So what, no one knows how to properly use it anymore? Boneless wings were ok, the mild sauce really isn’t what I’d consider mild buffalo - more of a tangy bbq, and wasn’t great on the wings. When waitress asked if we needed a box we said sure & took most of it home in one to-go box to be nice & not leave half a sub & 3/4 of a burger and a plateful of Stromboli dough. Tossed the whole thing when we got home. Paid our bill plus a nice tip and left, never to return.

Too loud, freezing cold, there were 4 of us and 2 people got their dinner 1/2 hour before the other 2. Waitress was great, food was ok, just terrible wait times.

Walked in with my family, the sign said seat yourself and so we sat and waited 15minutes with no acknowledgement or menus!

Ordered a cheesesteak through DD……cheesesteak was cold, flavorless, and the bread tasted off!! And isn’t there suppose to be cheese in a cheesesteak l!

Rivals is very racist very disrespectful and they discriminate against people with disabilities. I will never ever go into their establishment again. I have a disabled daughter who went in there and they were very rude to her. She is biracial and has learning disabilities and mildly mentally challenged they told her to leave and never come back. She does not know how to read. She is an adult and is trying to learn get a job and they were very rude to her. This is not the first time that they were rude to her. Every time she goes in there they are very rude. If this is unacceptable something needs to be done. It should not matter the color of your skin or your disability everybody should be welcome however at arrivals that is not the case Will be letting everybody know how horrible of a place is and how the workers are very disrespectful. I would not even give them a one star I would give them zero however they will not let me give them a zero star

Can be very loud when it's busy but the food is fantastic
Laura at the bar was rude ignorant we simply ask for gravy. She been there 4 yrs never had gravy. We went there every Thursday for over 5 yrs and the owner Tyreke however you spell it was awesome always gave us gravy. I get things change but her attitude horrible... we ask to put Olympics basketball game on you would of thought we ask her to purchase the channel. 10 to 11 tvs in there she puts on the one behind us... she been there 4ys I seen 1 car in the parking lot. Maybe she needs to go..... we called Buffalo wild wings they put it on no questions ask on the big screen with volume.... 0.00 tip given. If you don't like your job LAURA QUIT .............Mariah was so sweet and kind ask if we needed another drink etc... maybe she should run the bar...

The place is pretty nice, the prices aren’t too too bad (in 2024 standards at least), and the wait time on our food was pretty quick. The wings are just a little bit messier than wings usually are but they still tasted very good and the company with me had no complaints about their food either. (I know it’s just a dipping sauce, but their ranch is probably the best ranch I ever had).
I for sure would come here again in the future.
