Lost my business with group of 18 going to Wild wings in stead. Why because they answered their phone to answer my question regarding if they have the full football package so we can watch out Bills. Scorz sports bar gave me options but none to talk to anyone. Guess they must so busy they can't answer a call. Here we come Buffalo wild wings hungry and thirsty Bills fan club Not so Mafia.
The male restaurant/bar server doesn't like to be bothered and could not handle a larger order correctly, even after multiple complaints. They also make customers come and get their orders themselves, which seems to defeat the purpose of eating there at all. The wedge salad has no flavor and the other items are straight from the fryer to a styrofoam box.

Called ahead by more than 24 hrs to make a reservation for a larger party. When we arrived I was told that the reservation was never taken down. So we ended up having to wait about 30 minutes with 6 kids running around, the manager did come out and talk to us and accommodated us with 30 minutes of free play at the arcade while we wait for tables to be available side by side but was rather rude/annoyed about it.
